These antique and vintage pharmacy bottles came from a northern Utah estate. There are twelve in all, ranging from 2 to 8-1/2 inches high. All but two are empty. Four bottles have grease pencil markings on the labels. Described in order starting from the second picture:

• Waterbury's Compound, Standard Laboratories. Alcohol content 10%. Appears to be a cough medicine, though potassium creosote sounds a little alarming. Over 3/4 full with some sediment (not for consumption).
• Alurate Elixer, Hoffman LaRoche. Alcohol content 20%. Aprobarbital, a sedative and hypnotic no longer used.
• Cosanyl, Park Davis. Alcohol content 6%. Codeine and Cocillana cough medicine. Pulled from market.
• Anexsia-D, S.E. Massengill. Opioid with acetaminophen. Pain reliever, pulled from market.
• Progress Supply Company, Oil of Orange. Has short cork stopper.
• Unknown square bottle with likely non-original Swedish matches label, possibly added by an unscrupulous antique dealer.
• Hexylresorcinol, Sharpe & Dohme. Antiseptic.
• Spirits of Turpentine, Rabin Company. Topical counter-irritant for muscular pain.
• Veratrite, Irwin Neissler & Co. Phenobarbitol for high blood pressure. Discontinued as dosage required was near toxic.
• Unknown 2 inch cobalt bottle, no label.
• Cointreau liqueur bottle.
• Desitin Lotion. Partial contents, dried out.
